    It dons rooted the france screen but you need go in to settings to do it.

    I got Docs to Go for mine, plus a $25 bluetooth keyboard. This allows me to edit and produce documents, spreadsheets, even powerpoints on the road. I'm writing a book that I can add chapters to when on the road, then email the docx to go to my PC at home to update my book. Next step is a paper/stylus combo to take notes by hand...I hope. Doing email and FB is a snap. So it can serve somewhat as a productivity tool. Now I need to figure how to print from it and do presentations.

    The Nexus 7 originally did not have screen rotation. Screen rotation came when google released the 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update.
