Cant do anything but agree. I thought Patrik's vocals were an excellent counter to Kaisa's female vocals. The "new" (cant really call him new anymore he has been in the band for what, 6 years ?) vocalist, Tomi ? isnt anywhere near Patrik at least in growling (then again, i also liked Patrik's clean vocals, especially live). I've tried a couple of "new" songs like Third Immortal and Mask of Flies, but while the songs are good, Tomi is ruining them... :/

This will sound mean; but I stopped listening to Battlelore after Patrick left. It's not anything against Tomi, he has skill; but I just really got off on Patrick's style, it was really unique.

Yeah so true, Patrik had that epic roar/scream/growl/whatever you wish to call it - was raw as fuck. I still like Tomi, sometimes I think otherwise but I guess he'll grow on me.. I just hope Patrik comes back to do a song or two or three or all ? :P aha
