I knew as soon as I heard about them putting these things in here in Bryan/College Station, TX they were going to go to Peek and Off Peek Usage although they have not stated this yet. But as far as the danager I wonder what covering the thing in a lead vest or other type of metal to shield the house from it! I wonder what freq it transmitts at? I have a few jammers I can have a little fun with their meter when it comes to peek and off peak times. I have also heard they know what you are running.

In Canada here we had our meter put on without our knowledge and consent 3 years ago ...I've had to resign my job due to health issues and my wife is sick ...we are trying to inform people about the issue and get them removed and it's quite a battle ...will probably have to file a federal class action lawsuit. We have addressed the company , the politicians and the utilities commission...they want to kill us and just won't take no for an answer!

I plan to check with my electric company to see if there is a "Smart Meter" already installed. I suspect it is because I've gotten a notice with a recent Electric Bill informing me of "peak time usuage" and "off peak time usuage" -- off peak time is supposed to cost me less. But I can see the invasion of privacy. Recently I was notified we will no longer have meter readers because Gulf Power is going to read them via computer. Gulf Power has also put in for a 23% increase, Major WOW factor.

I would destroy the meter. But I live in a country where this can be a legal defense. (new zealand, current rugby world cup country, it's kinda like gridiron but we dont wear pads and helmets).
In legal terms, anything installed on your property without your knowledge is illegal, however look up the term 'strawman' and you will understand how much we give up up to our governments.
Basically we have already signed our souls to the government.

What can a person do once they discover the utility company has installed this smart meter, without consent or notification? Immediately upon watching this video, I checked and we have the 3W meter. It explains the recent health problems I and members of my family have been having (constant dizziness, hearing a constant hum, severe headaches, insomnia, etc). We're not in a position to hire contractors to have this removed. What to do?? Any real advice? It would be appreciated.

Dr. Bill want to inform you that since we had the smart meter installed right out side my window plus neighbors 12' away ...I have had health issues of Vitamin Deficiency then Prostratitis the swollen lymph Nodes...A ll of these symptoms are part of the Immune System...We first refused to have this installed ,but were told it was mandatory because there was no more meter readers.Thanks to Center Point Energy in Houston TX @ 888 527 4399

Bill- I also live in North County , San Diego. They have installed this smart meter on my home also. I want to have an electrician come out and put the analog back like you suggested. Have you done this yet? Please let us know how this worked out for you. So disturbing this is. Thank you and Rense for all the info.

I have a meter right out side my bedroom plus my neighbors 12' away ,.. recently I have had 6 swollen lumps in both arm pits and mental confusion.... .
Texas utilities 'TXU ',was the largest buy-out ever $45 Billion purchased by private equity from Kohlburg,Kravis & Roberts and Goldmansacks, a global investment firm... wonder how they are connected to the Smart meter ???
