  • I just purchased the visual impact programme.Do you still think you can have the same results as a beginner?Obviously not as quickly i know.

  • @BoxingBadBoy77

Because you are a beginner you will progress faster! The longer you've been training the longer it takes to make the same results. A newbie can expect to gain 10 lbs of muscle in a few months. Whereas a long time bodybuilder is usually happy with 5 lbs of muscle in a year.

  • whats the song in this one?

  • @dav3o

Walking on a dream. Remixed by Timothy Marc

  • How did you lose that fat, but have your weight basically the same?

  • @BranF37

I gained 10 pounds of muscle too

  • god work ;)

  • @gog9 thats both true and not... bodybuilding is about shocking the body... in the beggining your body wont be used to all the regular pushups and stuff.. after a whole life of bodybuilding you gotta find new ways to to surprise the body and then they will gain muscle.., most people are stuck with the same old routine and therfore not growing

  • that wasnt 15%. more like 11%...

  • CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!

i purchased the programm but it doesnt really give me some meal plan guidelines for phase 1&2 !!

how should i be eating?? lean meats?? or hella calories??

    help a brothaa outtttt!!!

  • @tonydo93 Thanks. :) I naturally have a slightly lower muscle build than other people my age (some consider me "skinny") so does that change anything? Thanks for your help.

  • @ninpo4life Try to aim for 4-5 days a week and set up your routine so you hit each muscle at least once or twice a week. Also your diet should be in check, that is one of the most important things
