  • Stay well mriser. It is foggy here but you are my inspiration. regrads, Gay

  • @MrGayKieran Thank you for your great comment. I hope all that heavy air isn't too hard on your breathing. We don't have fog, but there is about 10.16 cm of snow on the ground. It appears we may have a white Christmas in Columbus, Ohio this year. Happy Holidays to you and your family...Breathe well my friend.

  • I enjoy your videos so much! I've recently started a pulmonary rehab program and feel it's helping already. I've been smoke free for eight months now and I'm SO glad I gave it up. I had no choice, it was killing me. Keep up the great work. You're a great inspiration!

  • @mriser Well, I just wanted you to know that there are people here Germany and Ireland that look forward to your broadcasts and find them insightful.

Any chance you could do something about COPD and ANXIETY!!

    thanks, Brian, Eileen & Gay

  • @szqsk8 mostly smoking but other things also.

  • @szqsk8 its coused from many things and smoking it one

  • What causes COPD? Is it something you are born with? Does it come from asthma or smoking? I assume it's chronic so does it get worse over time?

  • All great points. I find exercise to be uplifting and always feel better after exercise.

  • Hi, I'm a rehab professional and have treated many people with COPD and you're 100% right. Exercise is essential because the less active you are, the weaker your muscles get. Weak muscles need MORE oxygen and this causes a chain reaction of being short of breath.
