Carter Brothers 250cc Interceptor GTR Go Kart Mini Buggy

These are a beast of a machine. What makes these unique from any of the other 250's is that Carter uses the awesome SYM engine. Where most 250cc mini buggies are about 14hp, the SYM engine is a four valve water-cooled 20hp engine with gobs of torque. Not to mention, the machine itself is physically large with four wheel independent suspension. Made for the heavy duty off roaders.

i see allot of diferent videos of 150cc ones and 250 ones, is there really any diference in power? take off and top speed? and what about eithe engines which is easir to work on?

@pyroman675 Yes, generally speaking the power difference is significant. There are a couple exceptions and that is that I have ridden a few 250's that were slower than christmas and I am not sure why. They just were. Of the 250's, the carter brothers machines are unique in that they use a SYM engine and that thing has plenty of power. There are two other engines, the CN250 clone and the CFMoto. I prefer the CFMoto. There are all pretty much about the same to work on.

nice i have one to. and there are 20 hp not 14. and watch out there break constantly

20hp is what I stated. Most are 14. SYM is a solid 20 with plenty of torque. Great engine.

I've got a Carter Brothers Talon GSX 150cc but it has been sitting up for 1 1/2 yrs and no one in my area is willing to work on it. They say they can't get parts for it. Does anyone know much about this cart and where I might be able to get parts? I would love to correspond with someone who has some helpful information. Matt at always4bama92@hotmail.com
