John Dimitri Negroponte is reponsible for encouraging brutal torture, kidnappings and murder of many Hondurans during the time he was with the US Embassy in Honduras. He planned and colluded with various important Honduran politicians and businessmen to overthrow the government and assassinate the former President of Honduras, Roberto Suazo Cordova (ROSUCO) in 1975. The US had promised to finance and support those who were going to overthrow ROSUCO. He is a senior CIA agent and career criminal.
