wow, that has got to be the stupidest thing ive ever heard, james played the first solo and kirk plays the second, and i am 100% sure, listen to it, doesn't even sound like a bass, watch live vids, kirk plays it. before you start telling people whats right, make sure you know what the fuck your talking about
