Hey there, I was wondering.. may I take a "proliferative injection" to fix an injury I have been carrying for years in my annular ligament and probably my lateral ligament to. I weight lift and i feel something that "jumps" between my biceps and triceps. It feels deep, and I have been studying this area for years since nobody could help me, now I know every single thing that is in my elbow and I came to the cnclusion that it is a ligament problem for sure.
