I haven't played Kirby Super Star Ultra (Sadly...) but I'm sure more bosses have this theme than just Dyna-Blade. But Dyna-Blade is the boss that is attached to this song most. This music is part of the unused Boss Medley in Kirby Super Star Ultra.

He IS right, though. While Dynablade may have come first, the two bear striking similarities. Dynablade looks like a much angrier, yet somehow cuter, version of Ho-Oh. It's like if Ho-Oh was a pissed off Chocobo. But rainbow. And a robot.
