Hi Peter, I want to ask you ...if you don't take care of some business after drinking the salt water and the laxative tea at night it means that something is going wrong???is it bad ?? why?

This has got to be some sort of bet you made w/ your buddies to show how stupid people are and how easy it is to get the masses to try anything. Whats next...?... the possum feces cleanse? No. Wait. Thats mine. I'll have hollywood bathing in road kill poop by the end of the year! If this is real....my apologies. You're quite correct that the body eliminates toxins every day naturally. Enyone who doesn't smoke, drink, overeat & who exercises and drinks plenty of pure water every day doesn't need it. Unfortunately, the rest of us do need something like it. However, it's not for everyone. Some people are too toxic for it. They need to detoxify by just cutting down on junk food and eating more fresh fruits and veggies first.

do you drink the salt water everyday of the program? As well as the laxative tea? is this something taken daily like the drink??ALSO, How do you wean off of it w/o gaining the weight back? Do you exercise while on the diet? LAstly, what do you start to eat afterwards. Thanx! Alaanis.:)
