    You can't. That's genetically predetermined.

  • @MrHeadwolf I think old school bodybuilding guru Vince Gironda used to say bodybuilding is 80% diet. While l wouldnt necessarily agree with that specific number, depending on your goals at the very least you need to have the right amount of calories. If i had to assign a number i would put it closer to 25-40 is diet.

  • @timbahwolf Holy crap I too have plantars fasciitis!!! What a royal PITA!!!!! I can't freakin run anymore! I understand that you should be able to work through it with lots of stretching, icing etc. but I have had it for like 2 years now. Ugh! Frustrating!!!
