  • It is a meal replacement so it will have close to 500. You can also add protein powder if you want.

  • Since the ingredients are all whole foods, yes it is a meal. You can also add protein powder if you like to make it more complete. I recommend vanilla flavor.

  • How much of this per week and per day should one drink to gain the health benefits? Also, can you use canned items to make them?

  • One a day should be plenty although nutrient rich foods can be eaten as often as you like.

  • Thanks for the video. You mentioned Rolled oats on the other video, the houston tv show. What is the signif of it? Do you use it for texture or is there some kind of health benefit? Also, it's just regular oatmeal right? Like Quaker Oats from the grocery store? Thanks again, I will try this nutrient shake today, i'm sure it will help with my weight loss.

  • Looks good, I'll have to try this out :) Any idea how many total calories this has? I think 1 cup OJ has about 100 calories, a banana has ~175, and an apple ~100, which makes 375. Don't know how much the rest of it adds.

  • Hi, can this be used as a food supplement? like for breakfast and lunch followed by a healthy dinner??
