Houses of the Holy... Its title page is so polemic and famous because the Houses of the Holy photo front, contains some figures from naked children (excuse me... naked little girls)

@bluehorse888 I hear you! I don't think I've ever appreciated analog more until now. Its been so long since I've heard true analog I forgot what it sounds like. Personally I think its much better than digital however, there are good and bad things about both of the. Digital has given us the portability of music where I feel analog gives a better sound.

@Jedmac90 Ahh never mind the wobbling camera it is a joy to hear Led Zep on vinyl again. I lost all my vinyl in the great auto wreck of 1995 sad to say. I lost all of my Led Zep, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple etc. What a shame.

Jedmac90 your bio should read as follows "apologies on the faulty turntable" you need the speed adjusted. the LP is spining to fast.

@magicbag6790 I apologize for the moving camera but I don't apologize for the record player turning too fast. Yes, it sounds a little different but its still quite good and Zeppelin on vinyl. You should just be thankful it plays fast rather than slow

@Jedmac90 Mine had the same problem, if its belt driven you can take the turntable off and there will be the thing that is turned by the motor. Might have a buildup of dirt on it, i just let it run and shaved the dirt off with a knife. You don't have to do it, it just bugs the crap out of me lol.

@BoomBoy13 That turntable isn't belt driven, it's a direct drive. Sorry for the slow reply, I don't check comments all that often anymore!

hey there. i want to start dabbling in vinyl, and was just wondering what the best turn table i could get is for under a thousand bucks??
i think after all my years of listening and playing my ear appreciates the more organic sound of analog now! you especially notice the difference if you've done alot of sampling.

@bluehorse888 I haven't really looked closely because I don't have the money to buy a high quality turntable but I'm pretty sure they sell them on ebay/amazon. Somebody suggested to me a particular model to buy and if I remember right it wasn't more than a couple hundred bucks but that's about all I remember. You'll just have to look around.
