since the new single carb from a honda XR650 and the yamaha Grizzly intake, the bike starts, cold or hot, with just one kick!

  • Nice srx! what kind of swingarm is that? and what kind of hubs did you use for your wire wheel conversion?

  • @zbg8000 the hubs and rims are from a husaberg or husqvarna SM, the swinarm from a xjr 1200, modified to fit in to the frame..

  • thats a nice one

  • awesome.

  • Is that the standard tank? Have you had any problems with rust along the bottom edges? Very nice job mate.

  • i'm making a front fender and side covers out of carbon kevlar hybrid, and want to know if you can send me info as to where you got your rear tail section.

  • my srx6 starts on the second kick with stock carbs, jetted and pod filtered, but my head it ported and polished, cylinder is bored and has weisco hi comp piston etc etc. does the grizzly setup and single carb give you any better throttle response or top end, my vacuum carb takes a shit when its cruising at about 75 slowly closes. heard of using ninja 250 carbs, might be better. also where did you get your tail section, i want to make a mold of that and lay out my own in carbon fiber

  • ok I'm jealous... My SRX is never so nice as to start on the first kick. Nice mods man, the bike looks great.

  • Beautiful bike. Please post some more videos

  • Thanks for the info! Did you have to machine the swingarm smaller so it would fit the frame? Also how do the wider tires affect you're handling? I really want to put some new forks and a swingarm on my srx with 17" wheels. Your bike looks great!
