Teleport Kill

I'm planning a short film/showreel full of digital effects. Before I begin with the larger project I wanted to run a few tests to get the look right. This is the first one, hopefully I'll do more, I'm just trying to work exactly how to film, edit, composite and render my stuff. I've done all this before but every time I start something new I end up relearning it so hopefully this time it will stick.

Both characters are actully me but I got the shot wrong so you can't even tell, totally pointless. Hopefully something very similar (but better) will be in the final film.
