  • ach sukadev... jetzt bin ich enttäuscht ... wieso lässt du sie bei 8:35 das knie vom boden abheben... dachte auf deine videos kann man sich verlassen :/ also kann man deinen videos nicht vertrauen? soll man bessere / korrektere quellen vergleichen damit man nicht fehler von dir übernimmt? beide knie beim lotus immer am boden lassen - weiss doch jeder grünschnabel - oder?
