When you find the secret that leads to the Switch Palace, and press the switch, then its a Switch Exit.

and how can i find scrap brain zone i have killed bowser and all but i dont find it :(

Just get the secret exit on Castle 6, and you'll get to the Scrap Brain Zone.

To get the secret exit on Castle 6, enter the first pipe that is about to crush you.

where is the blue switch palace? :/

Its in Scrap Brain Zone that you'll need a cape to fly up there to hit the On/Off block, then you'll need to be big mario at the vine section to break the turn blocks, and use the koopa shell to throw carefully in order to hit the turn block that contains a vine.
