Re-imagining Home Depot Return Process

This was done by the participants in the Designing Innovation program that I ran at Case Western. They were asked to buy a product from Home Depot and return it few days later to experience the process. I then led a 2-day workshop in which they re-designed product return process. This is the final presentation from one of the teams. The entire thing was shot and edited using my iPhone.
