  • yep, and to make the gripping/balancing easier while allowing for heavier loads, you can do these with a type of curl bar that has a "handle," so to speak on top. also great for suitcase carries.

  • Why not use a trap bar?

  • The things women go through to get attention.

  • The side lift portion would train the obliques, opposite the side holding the weight. The squat portion would train what a squat trains. Glutes, quads..

  • what muscle does it mainly train?
