Balloon Mollies in a Newly Planted Tank

This tank is 3 days old. I recently bought the tank that came with a filter and a light. There are 4 types of plants in this tank, but I only know the names of 2 - Java Ferns & Pennyworth. For CO2 supply, I'm using a CO2 canister that I bought from a local aquarium shop. Added 4 balloon mollies into this tank yesterday, but they are not staying. They will be transferred back to their old tank (which is now being modified) and tetras will be added to this tank.
