Ok... this is meh 3rd dub-ready? Oh man...
Well,I can' t take all the credit... my sister (http://www.youtube.com/user/LingLeeProductions) helped me out a bit :)
I noticed there is NO Cars fandub ready videos, so I made one :D It's not a very good dub-ready (concidering, it's one of my firsts), but I guess I did alright. I actually had to do the same thing I did my Tinkerbell dub-ready, but for this on, I actually HAD the score. So, there's the right background music where Sally's voice is cut out ^-^
I know someone out there will make the perfect Sally! :)

Lightning- Oh, I'm sorry... did I scare you?
Mater-- Well, a little bit, but I'll be alright.
Sally-- Okay. **takes a deep breath** I'm gonna go talk to the judge.
Lightning-- Do what cho gotta do, baby. Oh!--but listen. Be careful; folks around here are NOT fireing on all cillenders, IF you know what I mean...
**Mater tries to do Lightinig's "Ka-chow!" thing but epicly fails**
Sally-- I'll keep that in mind. Hey there, Mater!
Mater-- Howdy, Sally.
Sally-- **addressing the whole town** Hi, folks!
**The whole town tells her "Good morning"**
Lightining--**talking to Mater** You KNOW her?!
Mater-- She's the town's atterney... and my fionce!
Lightning-- WHAT?!? O.o=
Mater-- Nah! Just kiddin'! She just likes meh, fur meh body. :P
Sally-- Doc! You look great this morning! Did you do somehting different with your sideview mirrors?
Doc-- What do you want, Sally?
Sally-- Ugh, c'mon, make this guy fix the road, the town needs this!
Doc-- No! I know his type. Racecar. It's the last thing this town needs.
Sally-- Okay, I didn't wanna hafta do this, Doc, but ya leave me no choice. **Turns towards everyone and starts monologing** Fellow citizens, you're all aware of our towns proud history.
Doc-- Here she goes agian. **rolls eyes** :|
Sally-- **continues monologing** Ratiator Springs! The glorious jewel strung on the neckless of Route 66; The Mother Road! It is our job, and our PLEASURE to take care of the traverlers on our stretch of that road.
Sarge-- Traverlers? WHAT travelers?!
Filmore-- Ignore him.
Sally-- But how, I ask you, are we to care for those travelers... if there is no road for them to drive on? Luigi? What do you have at your sore?
Luigi-- Tires!
Sally-- And, if no one can get to you?
Luigi-- I won't-a sell any... tires! I will loose everthing! Ohhh!
Sally-- Flo! What do you have at your store?
Flo-- I have gas. Lotsa gas.
**Ramone and Mater laugh*
Sally-- Ok, boys, stay with me. A-And, Flo, what will happen if no one can come to your station to buy gas?
Flo-- I'll go outta buisness... and we'll have to leave town.
Sally--And whats gonna happen if Flo leaves town, and closes her station?
**Everone replies at once**
Sally-- So, do't you think the car responseable, should fix our road?
Lizzy-- The only guy strong enough to fix that road is Big Al!
Ramone-- Lizzy, Big Al left like... 15 years ago!
Lizzy-- Then, why are you bringing him up, ya Lemon? :|
Sally- Oh, he can do it. He's got the horse power. So what do want him to do!
**Everyone replies with 'Fix the road!!"**
Sally-- Because we are a town worth fixing!!
**Everyone cheers**
Doc-- **honks** Order in the court! Seems like my mind has been changed for me.
**Everyone cheers agian**
Lightning-- No!!
Filmore-- Nice ruleing!
Lightning-- **Sally turns to face him** Oh! I am SO NOT taking you to dinner!
Sally-- Uoh! That's ok... Stickers. You can take Bessie.
Mater-- Oh, man, yu get ta work wit Bessie! I give meh left two lugnut, fur some'in' like k'at!!
Lightning-- Bessie?! Who's Bessie!?

It's quite when she speaks because I made it so that you (or whoever else) can do Sally's voice. You just record yourself saying her lines and put it with the video to match her lips moving :)
