I appreciate your feedback, but no need to be rude (implying that calling someone "Bubba" as "an ignorant man from the south"). We are now in a post-progressive generation.. it's just a nickname being used there & everywhere. Let it go.. But for me, "Bubba" is just an alternative term of endearment for a baby..

Certainly the little boy isn't named bubba, a name that implies an ignorant man from the south? :)

Then again, my brother called his son bubba when he was a young boy.
