  • This is why if you have an XBOX 360 that you're better off buying the 12-MONTH GOLD CARDS from a video game retailer so that if you decide you don't want to be on XBOX LIVE anymore, then you don't have to go through what this guy did.

  • I will hire only those who know what he he'll their doing and I will have every phone call and email recorded and dated and I will not hesitate to fire anyone who slacks off or who doesn't provided quality support.

  • I gave my brother my xbox 360 over a year ago. I forgot to cancel my membership so a few weeks ago I got charged 59.99. I called xbox customer service or Microsoft support whatever you want to call it. The lady was the nicest person and I explained that I no longer had the xbox and I should not have been charged. She re-funded my money and also gave me a code for a free month of xbox live if I ever decide to get one. Don't judge the whole company just because you had 1 bad experience.

  • Solution: Just buy PS3

  • All I had to do is turn off automatic renewal

  • Debate time, they always does this to you.

  • Most companies do this so they could perhaps talk you out of it. This is why they make this a only option by phone.

  • Same happened to me... They started to take a euro off every time I wanted to buy more live and then I just cancelled it at last. Never buy from them. Ever!
