NICKS POV-Well, I havent seen Joe in 2 months. I guess that he doesnt love me anymore. Oh well, I have my family, Tim, and this baby that Im carrying. Ill be find without JoeI think.

Nick-(ready a magazine about pregnancy.)

* The Door Bell Rings *

Nick-(looks up.)


* The Door Bell Rings Again *

Nick-(gets up and answers the door.) Hello?

Joe-Hey.

Nick-(gets nervous.) W-w-w-w-what a-a-are y-y-you doing h-he-here?

Joe-I came to get some clothes.

Nick-Ok, come in.

Joe-(walks in.)

Nick-I missed you Joe.

Joe-I missed you too, and the baby.

Nick-(rubs his tummy and smiles.) Where have you been staying?

Joe-At my parents house.

Nick-Ok.

Joe-Yup.

Nick-Umm, are we still together?

Joe-I dont know?

Nick-Ohhh, ok. Do you want to be back with me and the baby?

Joe-I want to be with the baby.

Nick-What about me.

Joe-Honestly, not really.

Nick-Why not?

Joe-Nick, lets just face it we have too many problems.

Nick-We can work them out.

Joe-No, we cant.

Nick-Yes we can. We can-

Joe-Stop it Nick.

Nick-Why?

Joe-I dont think that we were meant to be.

Nick-(gets sad.) Ok.

Joe-(hands Nick some papers.)

Nick-What are these?

Joe-Our divorce papers.

Nick-You want a divorce?

Joe-Yes.

Nick-Ok.

Joe-Im going to get my stuff.

Nick-Ok. (fills out the papers.)

Joe-(comes back downstairs.) Ok, Im going to go.

Nick-Here. (hands him the papers.)

Joe-(takes them and leaves.)

Nick-(starts to cry.)

NICKS POV-Why does bad shit always happen to me?!?!?! Im a good man. Now, its just me and the baby.

Nick-(stops crying and continues to read his magazine.) Its ok Baby. We dont need him.
(smiles and rubs his tummy.) Well be fine, I promise.
