Atonement - ESOTSM score (II)

When I first saw Atonement the final sequence reminded me a lot of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, so I thought it'd be cool to lend Robbie + Cecilia the lovely music that Jon Brion came up with for Joel + Clementine in that film. Only problem was I couldn't choose between the five songs I initially selected... so I thought what the hell, just post them all ;-)

The track in this one is called "Peer Pressure."

I wish Ian McEwan's novel ended this way but that would technically defeat the purpose of Atonement because it is so called for the reason that Briony gave Robbie and Cecilia a happy ending to her novel as a means of atoning for her lie... it's just so sad...
