do not eat a lot of yoghurt bacteria and raw fruit before this exercise. raw froot gives you the "smoothies". if everything is not clean, you get the "fruit shakes" (parasitic infection and chills). inspect the food services in your area, start a club, put me in Congress, because they Government is not protecting us, and the Industry gets paid more when they hurt us. - james mcashan for the US Senate

i like the position where i put my arms by my legs in child's pose. and the part where i talk to myself mentally. and contract everything then stretch it all out. however i do wish the poses were a little more intense and that you warn us ahead of time that we'll need a pillow before i lay down and think i'm about to start yoga.

hey wait a minute, do you know me? (I eat sunflower seeds all the time when riding my bike, it's a habit kinda like baseball players and chewin' tobacco!)

I love this little exercise, It really helped me. I go so stressed out and this game me a 10 minute break and I feel great.
I think all work places should offer a yoga thing like this before work! Work would be much more enjoyable.
