Sad this is too late for many communities. Just this past week the USPS, trying to save money, closed 3K+ post offices in smaller communities that could ill afford to lose them. The sad part is that many of these same Post Offices look exactly like the ones depicted in the video, WIDE OPEN SPACES in their parking lots. Perfect for your idea! Unfortunately while its supposed to be a profit center, the USPS loses money every day while competitors make money cherry picking them. This idea works!

Ron and Bob, you are true patriots! I am sending to everyone I know and our congressional representatives! Absolutely is a spark of genious! I would love to work with you both to help make this happen in Oklahoma!

Hemp Bio-Mass remains the greatest solution to our fuel and energy problems, hands down. Do the research, Henry Ford invented it a hundred years ago, and it would still cost less to produce, distribute and purchase even than CNG. CNG 1.79 or hemp bio-mass at .79? I think I rather pay .79...

Thanks for your comments: I would love to know where I can verify that the stories in Gas Land are false. I know that lefty Redford funded it but it sounded reasonable. Hydrogen can be made on demand as the car is driving. There is a report that was done in the late sixties about the future coming hydrogen economy that would happen after the year 2000. It hasn't happened yet because of Gov and big oil. Heck GM admitted that they have had the technological capabilities since the sixties.

@Scottybeammeup2 hydrogen is a piepe dream, where are you going to get the hydrogen and dispense it economically. Sounds good, but not practical. BTW, Gas Land made up most of their stories...
-
@ScottHagaman Right on: See the film Gas land. Tells it like it is. We need to do Hydrogen. Conversions of cars should only take about 2 yrs and the energy is free. New job for installations and 500 billion back into our economy. Talk about an economic turn around. wow. now call congress and tell them hydrogen now.
-
This is good but... Why is the IQ of everyone so low. Hydrogen folks. Simple and no infrastructure is needed to be put in place. Just start converting every car on the road. In 2 years we are done and 500 Billion gets spent in our economy. Think people.

Nice Video, time to get on with it...

@ScottHagaman To begin with, I know of no people or communities that have been destroyed by Fracing. Do you remember Jimmy Carter telling us in 1975 that we were running out of natural gas? Well, the oil & gas industry has come a long, long way with technology and right now, we have that 100 year supply and probably much, much more as the technology improves. The sun isn't gonna' provide you with the energy needed to run this country no matter how efficient we are, neither is wind.
Most don't realize that all commercial H2 used today comes from Natural Gas. It is manufactured through a process called steam reforming. Using H2 is easy. Doing it economically is hard.

CNG is not a new technology. The story is not with CNG, but with the procurement of the NG, which is so fracking destructive of individual people and entire communities. Your 100 years of supply will pass quickly, then what? The Sun, on the other hand, deposits on the USA 10,000 times our current energy consumption, for free, and for the next five billion years or so. So go cry somewhere else that you're not getting the government funding you'd like for your business. And switch to a Prius.

@ScottHagaman
Sir,
The extraction of natural gas is a very complex operation, with many facets. The largest is the development and expansion of completion techniques that have been used over the last 60 years. Long distance horizontal drilling and multi-stage hydraulic fracture treatments have opened vast supplies of domestic energy that were heretofore only dreamed of. It is our path to energy independence and boost to our economy.
