Sucat Flooded - Typhoon Ondoy(Ketsana) floods the Philippines

As the typhoon "Ondoy" (Ketsana) hit the Philippines, floods raged everywhere. Most of Metro Manila is in some way underwater.

This is my brother's video of the Sucat Intersection in Paranaque City, taken yesterday, September 26, 2009. As you can see people (and motorcycles!) are helping each other get through with makeshift Styrofoam boats.

Despite everything the people in the video don't seem too worried about their situation.

Only in the Philippines!

I agree totally in what u are saying bout the Filipino nation. Me too, i love, respect and admire the Filipino people and culture very much!! They are so special and I hope I can see their country. Im always wondering how life is/was there for Filipino that I know or don't know. Anyway, strength from me for u all there in the Phils!!

I have friends in the Philippines and my heart goes out to the whole country. they have really been going through some stuff these last couple of months.

I am trying to learn Tagalog and can understand a lttle of the commentary above. I love, respect and admire the Philippino Nation, their culture and their spirit....
