i'll say this there are about 3 characters i can pick out from transformers animated that are based on GaoGaiGar robos, Prowl is Volfogg as a motorcycle, Soundwave is an evil version of mic sounders with a real vehicle form, and Jetfire and Jetstorm and their combination safeguard is horyu and enryu and Choryujin but in jet form.

Safeguard is a reference to Choryujin, no doubts about it. By the way, Prowl is a ninja robot/police motorcycle as Gundober...
I think that Animated is the best Transformers cartoon since Beast Wars, has a great plot and is full of G1 cameos. I don't need anything else! And Gaogaigar is the most epic Super Robot show I ever watched, and my favourite mecha anime.
Animated Soundwave figure looks great with the Mike Sounders one... guitar power!

please don't take this as a rude comment or spam the song is great but WHY OH WHY butcher it by crossover mixing it with trash like transformers animated isn't it bad enough that their jet fire and jet storm trounce all over enryu, hanryu and choryujin

Because Transformers Animated is a really good show, at least in my opinion. It brings out the best things in Transformers (another reason why Americans should be writing the scripts). Safeguard was designed by the same people who did Chouryujin, so there's some resemblance there.
P.S. Dont take this as a rude comment, but Safeguard is probably more powerful than Chouryujin, because both of his components have no problem landing.

enryu crashing almost all the time was a running gag that went on even into the super robot war games, I think it was mainly to emphisize the roughness of his personality compaired to hyoryu, ahh crap I realized my typo. well your opinion is your own as is my opinion my own I've no right to change yours nor you mine, also I'm guessing someone with a rather rude and crude personality saw my comment cause I got a flipped off finger message

What finger? I didn't see it. And also, Transformers Animated is epic. so it is not "butchering' the song. Besides, Gaogaigar put with anything instantly makes it epic.
