lol, i found a umd disc near my home.It was soaking wet due to rain. I took it home, clean with water,insert into the psp.The game works :D.....but unfortunately the game was in japanese :(

You don't even really need another UMD case to fix this. I just noticed that with this problem, the clear plastic part was pushed in a little bit with my problem UMD. So I popped the disc out and popped the clear plastic part back in place. Works fine now.

Yeah, but that didn't work with this disk, and theres also scenarios where your UMD case is gonna be totally mangled, so you can do this here.
