@ViZeTapOut Hm. Good question. You can store them for a while but I am not sure how long they would last. But you could definitely make them several hours before a party or whatever and they would be good come time to serve them.

hey i really enjoyed the soundtrack would mind in say to me what is song's name?!
i really enjoy molecular gastronomy very nice way to play with food and make new expirience!

Well hey, your English is waaay better than my Portuguese (which I don't speak at all), so I think you are doing really well! :-)

You should search YouTube for the album, there are a bunch of tracks posted, it is well worth a listen - it's really good stuff. Enjoy!

I think so, although too much pulp in the OJ might be a problem I guess... Although you do have to be a bit careful about balancing the pH; I'm sure there was a pH meter brought out when we did this. I must confess that I was just the cameraman, so some of the details eluded me. It was nifty though! :-)
