Phil Cleary talks to the ETU's Indigenous Apprenticeships Officer and former champion footballer, Dean Rioli, and we hear the views of people gathered in Melbourne's Federation Square to watch the apology live in the big screen.

  • Yes the stolen generation what a pity. I heard a story from an aboriginal lady who told her story about being taken away from her mother at a young age. She was looked after and brought up by a white family. She ended up as a head matron in a queensland hospital . Just think what a terrible life she has endured.
