Who is he startled at it? (Smack Ghost staff to close by to talk to you!) I don't understand why he talking about refuse to film on it. WHY? Should while give some respect of it is friendly to shown the public transport a bit. Is nothing wrong with fiming & non flashing on that classic metro to caught of it at all. That is very weird them!!!

Think about it, if you were a terrorist, you would be filming covertly, not openly. A terrorist would also film when there were lots of people about so as to hide their activities.

I've had a similar problems including one at Harrow On The Hill where a BTP had a go at me for filming trains I would have filmed it but I was worried I'd get arrested!

@MrGriser thats strange asmy local station is Harrow and ive never had any problems. i can point out rules on train photographers can be found on the BTP website and LULs rules can be found on there website under FAQ's

I hope you complained and used the footage as evidence! He certainly did not apply the rukebook and should be reprimanded for it as well as very poor customer service
