  • Hey! I was in this band! 7th chair trumpet player. I got sick and couldn't perform at the concert... :'( had to go to the ER cause of it. So I'm not in this recording, but I would've been.

  • @1texaseagle haha I think I remember hearing about you from a friend at state.

  • Is there an additional choir part or does the band do the singing?

  • @Bassclef89 Nope the all-state band sings it...

  • The show is called "Open Your Eyes". Still a work in progress but sounding fantastic.

  • @NinjaDave29 were doing this for our marching show this year up in indiana!

  • This would be a kick ass marching show. Great job! My bad is doing this for our next concert.

  • 3rd Trumpet here! Ahhhh This was such a fun song to play. The massive cresc. that starts around 3:00.... Aww yeah. B)

    Still gives me chills.

  • FINALLY! A recording where I can hear the woodwinds in the transition for 36. Excellent job!!!!! They really move the piece.

  • @Bassclef89 The band does the singing. Shocking I know.

  • @MusicManTX Yeah. It really sucked. That was my first year to make it to state, too. I gotta go back this year!! Unfinished business... lol
