But it is dancing. I agree that people in wheelchairs can't do everything someone not in a wheelchair can do, but dancing is obviously not one of those things.

without legs its very difficult to live, but just with wheelchair a person can dance well, just with shoulders and hands, it dosent feel like real dance, but we should encourage their spirit

The dancers in this video are way better than I am, and I have two perfectly functional legs. So, yeah, I'm pretty sure you can dance just fine even if you are in a wheelchair. Ok, you won't win the world championships, but that's not the point.
