  • well do some light sculpting or toning exercises "The Firm" has some good ones and you can choose ones that are lower impact. You sometimes have to be careful when losing weight because youd ont want to be skinny fat (ie. skin, skin hanging everywhere)! It's wonderful that you are trying to control your diabetes. PM me....

  • well, I've lost 20 lbs in 3 months and I've already noticed quite a bit of sagging and I'm only 20... so yeah I'm worried about losing it, but i have to to control my diabetes....

  • just a note - many people that DIET & EXERCISE do not have to worry particularly about skin removal surgery. They are fit and toned because of a mixture of strenght and sculpting training and a "real" diet with fat burning foods like mixed leafy greens, lean meats etc. I hope this helps.
