  • Great video! And thank you so much for the video reply to my got records video. This is nothing short of discrimination!!! I am so sorry you are amoung the millions going through this exact denial of a right to our records. You don't deserve it, none of us do. We are not a threat to anyone, and accessing our OWN records doesn't guarantee contact with anyone, it allows us to know where we came from. Its not about reunion, its about a civil right.

  • Thank you so much! I actually mention you and your videos by name in the first edit, but it went on for five minutes so I thought I had better cut it down. It was you and your video that made me want to talk about it. It's really awesome to know that other people are going through the same stuff that I am. I feel empowered by your words and that of other adoptees. It's a really great community out there.

  • Hi Nathaniel, thank you for posting this. It's so infuriating that a clerk in some office - a complete stranger - has access to your family and information and you don't. And shame on her for being so condescending and rude.

I've sent you a few links to some Georgia search groups that should be able to give you a hand. I had a similar situation in Pennsylvania where I was told to get a lawyer, but it is your right to petition the state without one. Good luck
