The Phnom Penh Court fined Mu Sochua 16,5 million riels

On 04 August 2009, the CPP-contolled Phnom Penh Municipal Court fined SRP MP Mu Sochua 16.5 million riels ($4,100) for allegedly defaming Hung Xen, Cambodia's Strongman.
