December 19, 2009 Car Accident (Stock Footage)

I came upon a car accident at Pleasant Run Road at Highway 67 in Cedar Hill, Texas. The police took about 12 minutes to arrive after I arrived. Im not sure when the accident occurred, but I had the equipment with me so I thought why not. A minor accident, but the traffic footage might be useful in a future report.
