(Sur. Trad./Arr. R. Gillis) Paramaribob back online! Much respect to these guys, who have been very inspiring to me, especially Franky Douglas (and sis Millie), Glenn 'the professor' Gaddum, and Eddy Veldman. Providing my first proper introduction to worldmusic, crossover-jazz, and the smell of weed;)

Personel: Robby 'Jogi' Gilles (handdrums & percussion), Ponda O'Bryan (handdrums & percussion), Eddy Veldman (drums), Juan Pablo Nahar (bass), Glenn Gaddum (keys), Franky Douglas (guitar), Kees 'Kitta' Smit (saxophone).

The grand old man of rhythm in the Netherlands, Franky still performs regulary with his band SUNCHILD, originally formed in 1976.
