For years, Hollywood directors have known the dramatic power of the dolly shot to transform a mediocre scene into a powerful visual experience.

In the second episode, Ryan Connolly, takes you through the ins and outs of the dolly shots, when to use them and how to get the most out of your equipment to ensure you get that perfect shot every time.

  • Is the K-Pod's height adjustable, so it can be used as a tripod?

  • @Asseptence the K-Pod is a tripod

  • @Asseptence k-pod's height is stuck to no lower than 4 feet or so. It can raise higher...but it won't go lower.

  • Subbed =]

  • @wasinoor17 Sounds more like frustration and sweaty nervous hands lol.

  • @rhashad88 Manual focus my friend, manual focus. Or if you wanna be super mathematical about it. Do a bunch of calculations. It's very fun trying to work it all out.

  • song name?

  • Fuck this, just use a wheelchair. Kessler stuff is way expensive. Like JoshuaWGLloyd said, the head itself is $400! There are cheaper ways to go about those shots.

  • Great vid! TYPO IN DESCRIPTION: 'Insure' should be 'ensure' :)

  • BRUNO WITH NO BEARD?!?!?!?

  • @soccere11 I said the same thing, I also have a 60d and was wondering how do they keep the image in focus while zooming in and out to do the effect right.
