The movie was pretty bad, but I think the casting for Fred and Barney worked, and at least one joke did sound like something out of the show

I have to agree with the critic i've always hated The Flintstones when they were on tv i wish i was watching something cooler like Captain Planet, Power Ranger or Dragonball.
