材料:芹菜、魷魚、烏醋、米酒、鹽、雞粉、辣椒絲、蒜末、薑末 做法: 1.魷魚片用滾水略川燙即可撈起,洗去發泡的藥水味。 2.熱鍋用少許油爆香薑、蒜末,炒出香氣之後再加入辣椒絲、芹菜、魷魚、米酒,炒勻之後加鹽、雞粉調味,最後加少許烏醋提鮮,即可起鍋。
