You know that was a family business. Talking about that scrap what Sr pulled out is ridiculous. It was only about firing his own son out of that successful business what OCC meant to be, but now that company is only the shadow of itself. Or should we say it is in the shadow of PJD.
If you don't like Jr. it is your own problem. You don't have to like him but look at it what he has done since leaving OCC. That should be respected. But if you can do it better then show it.

i hear u tomeire u wna b a hero and break the rules then start ur own business dnt take the piss if u know the reaction

@TomEire1 That could (is) all be true... But since he left OCC they haven't build a really decent bike yet. JPD is crapping all over them. And you're forgetting that Jr. was also part owner but got treated worse than most employees. He didn't react in a real adult manner, but it's his dad... In the end even you can't deny Jr. is the moral winner, he's definitely grown up, has a much better attitude towards the whole fight... but most importantly: he builds betters bikes.

Paul Sr. loses his temper way too fast

i watched this the day it happened. i have never laughed so hard in my entire life

Junior was a HUGE annoyance when he was working at OCC as far as he tardiness went. Here is my theory. With Junior there was hardly a day in which Jr and Sr weren't fighting about anything. When you're told how you're not going to successful, that you aren't talented, that you're only good and one thing...you're going to rebell and say to yourself, "you say i'm this, that and the other, I'll show you how i'm REALLY this that and the other". Now on his own, he's much more responsible. Thoughts?

got to say that was the best thing that ever happened to jr. now he IS his own man ! bravo my friend!!! BRAVO!

When does the camera crew go over to the local H-D dealership to start a drama like OCC but with real bikes?
I loved this show for years just for the fighting but always thought the bikes were crap. A few were cool but then you hear things they say on camera like "well that's close enough" when cutting spacers or something like that and that should scare off anyone interested in doing business with them.
I have two different opinions about this whole situation.. first.. Paul Jr made OCC what it is today with his designs and fabrication.. and now he seems better off on his own.. Second.. Sr was right for getting upset about his tardeness at the shop. As a owner and a leader you have to remain consistent with your employees. You can't tell everybody else to be at work at a certain time.. or else.. but let one guy do what he wants.. son or not.. this is why family & friends and business don't mix.

I don't care if I get flamed, but I'm going to say it.......Jr. is a diva, with a massive MASSIVE ego, He takes credit for stuff he didn't do, and even Vinnie and Rick said that.
Personally, I don't like Jr. that much and I never did really. It doesn't matter if you are related, you DON'T EVER talk to your boss like that. Epically if you are constantly late to work and back from lunch.
