@evpcuriosity I actually enjoy the food I make/eat a lot better. After time away from McD's or other fast food places, eating there now just kills my stomach.

Useful video! btw my sister found this famous diet program known as: Impact 790 Diet and reduced 6 kgs in a month. I do not remember the exact site just Google it.

@mistervova11 If you have one serving of each a day then that's actually pretty cheap considering chicken and broccoli is considered a dinner so you should be eating that for dinner.

not cheap at all 2.50 dollar for 300 calories and u need like 7/8 of those a day u come fast at 18 dollar a day cheap...

@ItsSolaFide It's more about total caloric intake to maintain/cut/gain. I usually suggest about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight along with 25% of total calories coming from fat. If you send me a direct message with your stats and goals I can give you a better idea.
