EDIT: Over the past year or so, I've be working on Lightning Man webcomic as a way of just getting stories done.

Okay, I can understand the Flash, but where is Static? What part is Static?

when the black meets the red on the arms. The lightning around his arms just reminds me of Static plus pretty much the same powers right? Still love it either way
