If you were even at the game you'd know that Mashinter asked Ryan to take the buckets off. Ryan shook his head. Mashinter is a fantastic fighter and he can battle too.

They're allowed to take off their helmets, but some refs will give them a gross misconduct for playing without a bucket, just depends on the zebra. I believe also, if a fighter takes off his helmet, the team is fined as well. Depends on the owner as well, some of them love it, some can't be bothered.
