After years of racing ultramarathons & track and studying both CHI Running and POSE, I agree both are solid but Pose is superior. The additional POSE advice that makes the difference: flick the heel directly up towards the hip. This action allows the knee to be a more effective counterweight helping you easily fall forward each stride.
