I totally agree with you.
The problem is: if someone uploads original movie scenes (specially in High Definition), the owners will reclaim copyright, the video will be deleted and the uploader can have his account finished.
However, if the original scene is modified (depending on the modification), the video publication can be permitted.
In the end, all we can find are these crap montages...
